Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
4–7 years of relevant experience in marketing strategy, campaigns, partnerships, and digital marketing.
Proven track record in planning and executing successful campaigns and promotions.
Hands-on experience managing paid ads and working with agencies.
Strong network and experience with local collaborations is an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Creative, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Define and strengthen the brand identity, tone of voice, and market positioning.
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.
Continuously monitor market trends and competitors to refine positioning.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Develop, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns (digital & offline).
Plan promotions and seasonal offers to drive traffic and conversions.
Optimize campaigns based on data insights and performance metrics.
Local Collaborations & Partnerships
Identify, negotiate, and manage local brand partnerships and collaborations.
Build and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and community stakeholders.
Performance Marketing & Paid Ads Oversight
Oversee digital ad strategies (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and budget allocation.
Liaise with agencies to implement and optimize paid ads campaigns.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key KPIs.
Content Strategy & Calendar Management
Develop and maintain a robust content calendar for social media and campaigns.
Set the brand tone and storytelling approach for all content.
Ensure content aligns with marketing objectives and audience engagement trends.
Hands-On Content Creation (Good to Have)
Create, shoot, and edit engaging content for IG, TikTok, Reels, etc.
Monitor trends to ensure content stays fresh and relevant.
Agency & Stakeholder Liaison
Prepare briefs and manage agency partners.
Report marketing results and insights to internal stakeholders.
Align marketing efforts with sales and other departments.
