1. Fine Dining Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining, premium restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment with a strong understanding of professional table service and guest etiquette.

2. Exceptional Service & Communication

• Well-groomed, articulate, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills, confidence in menu recommendations, and the ability to deliver personalised guest experiences.

3. Professionalism & Attention to Detail

• Demonstrates a positive attitude, teamwork, and composure under pressure while maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

• Welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages professionally, and create a memorable fine dining experience.

2. Maintain High Standards Across all Functions

• Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are impeccably clean, organised, and prepared while following company SOPs and service etiquette.

3. Support Daily Restaurant Operations

• Work closely with the management, kitchen and service team, manage guest requests efficiently, and assist with opening, closing, and daily operational duties.
