Full job description

Responsibilities: - Chargeman A4

Knowledgeable in operating Generator set 650kva

Operate the utilities and facilities equipment on the site plant.

Perform rectifications, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs on the equipment.

Arrange and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance programs.

Assist and monitor suppliers working on-site.

Schedule and organize technician job assignments.

Supervise, lead, and guide technicians.

Gather data, conduct analysis, and prepare reports on equipment performance and operations.

Manage the procurement and control of hand tools.

Oversee the procurement and control of spare parts, vendors, and subcontractors.

Participate in ISO integrated management systems, safety, and health initiatives.

Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, clients, and relevant government departments.

Assist the Head Of Department with resort operations and maintenance.

Attend any meetings withing the department

Resolve issues encountered on-site by technicians.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior

Requirements: -

Able to written and communicate in English

Experience in leading a big team with numerous section and department

Certified competency minimum or at least A4 certification and above

Minimum 4 years’ experience in mechanical and electrical services, repairs, and maintenance.

Experience in managing utilities such as gas, electricity, air condition, pumps, water treatment plant, sewage treatment plant and from Generator 650kva and below

Knowledge computer literate in recording, reports, comparison and simple drawings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2500 onwards value by experience

Day shift

Expected Start Date: As soon As possible
