Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient daily business operations, including the processing of sales orders, purchase orders, delivery documents, invoices, and other related documentation.
Coordinate with various internal departments to facilitate timely execution of operational activities and business requirements.
Maintain accurate data entry, document management, filing systems, and records to ensure proper documentation and easy retrieval.
Assist management with operational tasks and undertake additional responsibilities or ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements
At least 3–5 years of relevant operational experience, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry.
Degree or equivalent qualification in Operations Management, Business Administration, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Willing to work on a 5-day work week schedule.
Based in Ulu Tiram.
