JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) to oversee Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) substation projects. This is a full-time, site-based role where you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, legal requirements, and company policies across all project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and coordinate all site safety aspects for TNB substation projects.
• Organize and supervise safety matters for contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure all safety documentation, checklists, and legal requirements are maintained and up to date.
• Monitor and supervise project works to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct internal safety trainings and daily Toolbox Meetings (TBM).
• Prepare safety reports and liaise with the Project Manager, HOD Safety Department, and SHO.
• Travel to project sites for safety monitoring and coverage when required.

Requirements:

• Valid Yellow Book (SSS) registration with DOSH.
• First Aid Certificate & NIOSH Tenaga Safety Passport (NTSP).
• Scaffold Competency (Basic level).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; other safety-related courses are an advantage.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in site safety supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have no incident/accident record in the past 2 years.
• Permanent position available; candidates available to start immediately will be prioritized.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
