Position: Child Care Centre Teacher

Job Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, caring, and nurturing environment for children.
• Support children's daily routines, including meals, hygiene, rest time, and activities.
• Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities based on children's developmental needs and interests.
• Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress and development.
• Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment.
• Work closely with colleagues and management as a supportive team member.
• Participate in school events, programmes, meetings, and professional development activities.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, or Diploma qualification
• Friendly, caring, loving, and patient with young children.
• Enjoy working with children and helping them learn and grow.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Having KAP (Kursus Asuhan & Didikan Awal Kanak-kanak Permata) qualifications is an added advantage.
• Previous teaching or childcare experience is preferred.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are an added advantage.
