* Strong knowledge of software test processes and role in solution delivery lifecycle(minimum 3 years’ experience)

* Experience of testing on various software delivery methodologies, of particular interest will be Agile delivery and working in scrum teams.

* Strong analytical skills for defining test designs on projects

* MS Dynamics knowledge(MS D365)

* Test automation knowledge

* Able to prioritise work and adapting quickly to changing priorities

* Clear ways of communication – keeping key project stakeholders and QA Manager/lead informed of work tasks.

* Ability to work effectively both within teams and independently

Software Development a. Responsible for the implementation of software solutions using programming languages, addressing all components of the software such as frontend, backend, API development, database integration, cloud development, and web services. b. Design, develop, and test software solutions, adhering to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). c. Conduct user requirements analysis and translate them into effective, scalable software solutions. d. Write, review, and optimize well-designed, efficient, and maintainable code, leveraging design patterns and best practices. e. f. g. Ensure the development of secure software solutions by implementing well structured modular code and advocating for secure coding practices. Analyze existing code implementations, identify, and address technical debt to enhance software security and coding standards. Utilize advanced tools and platforms to develop, deploy, and maintain software applications. h. Mentor junior developers on best coding practices and software design principles.
