Requirements

• 3+ years of Windows Server Administration

• Hands-on with M365 Migration, AD, Exchange & Windows Server Migration

• Experience with VMware ESXi, File Servers, Citrix or Backup solutions

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• MCSE/MCSA, Citrix or ITIL certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server (2012 R2/2016/2019) environments

• Support Windows & Microsoft 365 (On-Prem to Cloud) migrations

• Administer Active Directory, Exchange, RDS, File Servers, DNS/DHCP, IIS & Citrix

• Perform VMware ESXi migrations

• Troubleshoot L2/L3 incidents, perform RCA & maintain SOP/KB documentation

• Manage backups using Veeam or Backup Exec
