We are a fast-growing, compliance-first crypto exchange and fintech startup building cross-border financial infrastructure for Southeast Asia. Core products: USDT custody, cross-border remittance, stablecoin yield, and a U-Card (USDT-funded Visa card). Strong regulatory foundations, real users, founding team that ships.

Must-have

* 3+ years in payments, fintech, or digital wallets

* Hands-on third-party payment API integration experience

* Strong ownership — you move things forward without being asked twice

Nice to have

* Crypto / stablecoin product background

* Familiarity with Fireblocks, Visa BIN Sponsorship, MPC wallets

* GCash / GrabPay / DuitNow integration experience

What You'll Do

* Own U-Card end-to-end: lead BIN sponsor onboarding

* Manage infrastructure partners: Fireblocks, Cobo, card issuers, fiat off-ramp providers

* Write PRDs that engineers can build from directly

* Design merchant payroll, card spending, and fiat withdrawal flows

* Track KPIs: activation rate, top-up frequency, spending volume
