任职资格
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
Experience in HR or administrative role is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to handle recruitment, employee records and HR documentation
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently
Able to handle confidential information professionally
Good command of English, Mandarin and Malay is an advantage
岗位职责
Recruit and manage employees, handle onboarding/offboarding, maintain HR records, manage attendance & leave, assist payroll, coordinate staff matters and support daily HR operations.
