Requirements
- 良好的英语和普通话（必须）书面和口头沟通能力。
- 申请者须至少拥有企业管理/管理专业的文凭、高级文凭、学士学位/专业学位，或者具备相当于ICSA的部分或全部资格。
- 鼓励应届毕业生申请，将提供在职培训。
- 熟悉Microsoft Word、Excel和秘书软件将是一个额外的优势。
- 良好的人际交往和沟通能力。
- 勤奋、责任心强，愿意学习。

Responsibilities
- 协助秘书职责和行政任务。
- 准备董事决议和成员决议。
- 准备并确保按时递交马来西亚公司委员会（SSM）和其他相关机构的法定表格/申报。
- 维护和更新法定记录、注册簿和文件，以符合2016年《公司法》。
- 与客户和相关机构进行联络。
- 根据需要执行其他临时文职职责。
