• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a HR / Talent Acquisition will be added advantage.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to handle sensitive candidate information with the utmost care

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

• Able to join immediately will be an advantage. 

As a HR Assistant, you will play a crucial role in talent acquisition and HR administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 

• Create compelling job descriptions to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.

• Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates' suitability for the position.

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure the necessary document to be filled before the interview session

• Contribute to employer branding efforts to strengthen the organization's reputation as an employer of choice. 

• Manage and maintain the candidate database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

• Assist on HR administrative tasks and other adhoc tasks.
