任职资格
- 经验：拥有3年及以上在联盟营销、MCN机构、数字营销公司或相关领域的KOC/KOL达人开发与运营经验。有成功打造或运作知名达人案例者优先。
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in KOC/KOL talent scouting, development, and management, preferably within affiliate marketing, MCN agencies, or digital marketing firms. A proven track record of successful influencer campaigns is a strong advantage.
- 平台熟知度：深入了解Facebook、YouTube、Instagram、TikTok等平台，至少精通其中两个主流短视频/直播平台的运营规则、达人生态及商业化变现模式。
- Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of major social platforms (FB, YT, IG, TikTok). Must be highly proficient in the operational rules, talent ecosystem, and monetization models of at least two mainstream short-video/live-streaming platforms.
- 资源与能力：拥有丰富的本地达人资源储备，或具备快速开拓本地达人资源网络的能力与人脉。具备出色的商务谈判、沟通及人际交往能力。
- Network & Skills: Possess a rich pool of local influencer contacts or demonstrate the ability to rapidly expand a local talent network. Excellent business negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- 语言与文化：精通英语和马来语，对马来西亚多元文化及社交媒体 landscape 有深刻理解。
- Language & Cultural Fit: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is mandatory. Must have a deep understanding of Malaysia’s multicultural landscape and social media dynamics.

岗位职责
- 达人开拓：负责在马来西亚市场发掘、拓展与招募优质的KOC/KOL达人资源。根据公司客户需求与业务方向，筛选并匹配高契合度的达人。
- Talent Acquisition: Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential KOC/KOL talents within the Malaysian market. Screen and match talents that align with client objectives and company’s business direction.
- 关系管理：建立并维护与达人的长期、稳定合作伙伴关系，进行日常沟通与维护，构建和管理一个优质、多元的达人矩阵。
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term, stable partnerships with talents. Conduct daily communication and relationship maintenance to develop a robust and diverse talent matrix.
- 合作谈判：负责制定、沟通并谈判合作方案，包括合作模式、内容方向、带货策略及费用预算，确保项目达成并顺利推进执行。
- Partnership Negotiation: Develop, propose, and negotiate collaboration agreements, including partnership models, content direction, livestream sales strategies, and budget planning. Secure deals and ensure smooth execution.
- 效果优化：跟踪合作项目的执行与数据，进行投放效果分析与复盘。总结经验，持续优化达人筛选标准、合作策略及投放方案。
- Performance Optimization: Monitor campaign execution and track performance data. Conduct in-depth analysis and post-campaign reviews. Derive insights to continuously refine talent selection criteria, collaboration strategies, and campaign plans.
- 市场洞察：深入研究各主流社交平台（如FB, IG, YT, TikTok等）的达人生态、行业趋势及竞争对手动态，制定本地化的达人开发与运营策略计划。
- Market Intelligence: Research and analyze the influencer ecosystem, industry trends, and competitor activities across key social platforms (e.g., FB, IG, YT, TikTok). Formulate localized strategies and plans for talent development and operations.
- 商务合作：根据业务需求，拓展不同类型的商务合作机会，并具备优秀的谈判与签约能力。
- Business Development: Explore and secure various types of commercial partnership opportunities based on business needs. Demonstrate strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
