Requirements:
5–8+ years in B2B SaaS enterprise sales.
Experience selling AI/analytics or workflow automation.
Mastery of MEDDICC/MEDDIC/BANT and negotiating enterprise agreements.
Comfortable with C-level selling and procurement/legal processes.
岗位职责
Responsibilities:
Pipeline & Prospecting: Build and manage a territory plan aligned to ICP, TAM, and quarterly targets; Source new opportunities via outbound and inbound; Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecast in CRM.
Discovery & Solutioning: Lead deep discovery; Run tailored demos; Build business cases and ROI analyses.
Deal Management: Orchestrate enterprise evaluations; Structure pricing and negotiate agreements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide feedback to Product & PMM; Align with Customer Success; Partner with Marketing.
Post-Sale Growth: Identify expansion paths; Co-own QBRs with CS; Champion user adoption.
