职位描述

任职资格

  1. Candidate must have hotel experience preferred front office or reservation exp in hotel industry.

  2. Excellent communication skills in English and language required;

  3. Excellent commercial understanding;

  4. Problem solving;

  5. Sense of responsibility;

  6. Independent and customer friendly.

  7. Experienced with Customer Care, internet and hotel industry;

  8. Available for changes in shift schedule on a monthly rotation schedule or as business needs require

岗位职责

  1. Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone, e-mail and fax;

  2. Handle customer requests by phone and e-mail;

  3. Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations;

  4. Make outbound calls to hotels/guests to arrangement special requests;

  5. Act as liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints;

  6. Manage relationships with hotels by providing high levels of customer service and account management support.
