- Provide day-to-day HR operational support to employees, managers, and HR teams across the employee lifecycle.
- Process HR transactions, including onboarding, employee data updates, work schedule changes, location transfers, and other workforce administration activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements.
- Respond to employee and manager enquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and HR systems.
- Investigate and resolve HR operational issues by collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Support HR system administration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and technology enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure HR services are delivered in accordance with agreed service levels, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support ad hoc HR projects and operational activities as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data privacy and information security standards.
