Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.

Familiar with AutoCount, Microsoft Excel, and quantity take-off.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Prepare quotations, costing, and budget estimates.

Handle tender submissions and contract documentation.

Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.

Monitor project costs and ensure expenses are within budget.

Prepare progress claims and payment certificates.

Work closely with project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Maintain proper records and reports related to project costs.
