Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent

At least three (3) years of working experience in the related industry is required for this position

Good command of the English Language, knowledge of additional language would be an added advantage

Knowledge in operate and maintain all the coffee-brewing equipment will be an advantage

Candidate must be willing to work in Cheras.

Responsible in ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the Café.  This includes the following tasks:

Oversee and take accountability for maintaining operational excellence in all facets of cafeteria management (staffing, product quality, sales, collection and etc)

Lead the team to deliver high quality service, ensuring exceptional customer experiences

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration and individual growth

Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for improvement

Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, hygiene regulation and compliance with health regulation

Manage costs effectively, including purchasing and inventory control

Implement measures to optimize operational efficiency and reduce wastage

Develop and implement effective training strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team members, contributing to overall performance improvement

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report and present to the Management

In-charge of vending machine (product replenish, product expiry, machine maintenance and etc)

Any others tasks assigned by Management from time to time
