1. SPM/ Certificate / Diploma holders with at least 2 years experiences in Warehouse/ Logistic Management or related field of work.
2. Prefer someone who has experience in online/ e-commerce fulfilment, to focus in manifest.
3. Familiar with warehouse management system, preferably Payrecon.
4. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control procedures.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
7. Preferable Mandarin literate candidates.

Warehouse Operations

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Monitor workflow and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, safety standards, and company policies.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Monitor stock movements and investigate discrepancies.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in stock audits.
• Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses, stores, and distribution points.

Logistics & Distribution

• Coordinate deliveries and shipments with logistics partners and transport providers.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation and delivery records.
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare warehouse reports, inventory reports, and stock movement records.
• Update inventory systems and maintain proper documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance warehouse efficiency.
