1. To Implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by property development system.

2. To assist the QA Manager to implement all policies, activities, procedures, instruction related to the delivery/achievement of quality system.

3. To assist the QA Manager to monitor the implementation of the QLASSIC system at their respective projects.

4. To coordinate and liaise with the Project Managers and contractors for the delivery and achievement of the quality system.

5. To monitor and verify the implementation of suitable corrective and preventive actions of the system.

6. To prepare and maintain the quality system documentation.

7. Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.

1. Bachelor Degree in Civil / Architecture.

2. Minimum 3 years working experience

3.Additional certifications in Quality Management or ISO standards are an advantage.
