Interview Location: Taman Pelangi, Johor Bahru, Johor

• Able to start work immediately or with short notice.

• Minimum Diploma in a related discipline.

• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply; training will be provided; candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage.

• Fluent in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients).

• Proficient in computer skills.

• Positive working attitude, responsible and able to work independently.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Health and Safety knowledge.

• Able to work under pressure and adapt to outdoor working conditions.

• Willing to learn and grow within the construction field.w

• Supervise and monitor overall site operations.

• Monitor, coordinate, and track the progress of both internal and external works.

• Conduct project briefings.

• Ensure proper use and storage of building materials.

• Attend internal / external meetings.

• Manage the ordering, tracking and delivery of building materials.

• Complete site reports and other records.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety and client requirements.

• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager or superior.

• Performance bonus (Subject to individual performance)
• Medical claim reimbursement for outpatient treatment, excluding dental care, specialist consultations, treatments, surgeries, and hospitalizations.
• Monthly Fixed allowance (If applicable)
