Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of administrative experience.
Fresh graduates with strong administrative skills are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (additional languages are an advantage).
Ability to multitask and work independently.

岗位职责
Manage daily administrative and office operations.
Handle filing, documentation, record keeping, and data entry.
Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and company documents.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and company events.
Maintain office supplies inventory and procurement records.
Assist with HR administration, employee records, attendance, and onboarding.
Process claims, purchase requisitions, and payment-related documentation.
Liaise with suppliers, clients, government agencies, and service providers.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
Ensure company documents are properly organized and maintained.
Assist in company licensing, compliance, and corporate secretarial matters when required.
