MALAYSIAN ONLY.

Based in Northern Malaysia.

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate of SPVM, Vocational, Diploma, Degree, Electronic, Mechanical, or equivalent.

Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage.

Prefer 1 – 2 years of experience with electrical, mechanical, and software systems.

Required to own a car with a valid driving license. GDL license is an added advantage.

Know how to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams

Travel is required; therefore, flexibility is essential.

Focus on high-tech machines and learn the functionality

Perform demonstration, maintenance, and repair machines in client sites (local / outstation)

Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance throughout Northern Malaysia.

Be on-call to respond to urgent customer needs on-site & online.

Able to travel outstation and work overtime to get the job done

Provide training to the customer on the use of the machines

Visit client sites to determine the application or inspect the customer unit

Work closely with the Sales Team and System partner for presales support, proof of concept testing, debugging, as well as installation.
