Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Marketing Communications / Marketing / Business related subjects or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns and SEO.
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
• Well versed with Microsoft Office suite.
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
• Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the team in the development of the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Create, plan and execute digital brand and digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and maintain the organization’s website(s).
• Develop content for social media stories and managing multiple social media accounts.
• Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
• Good knowledge in reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion.
• Continually work on the SEO of the website(s).
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
• Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media.
• Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
