Minimum secondary school / SPM or equivalent

No experience required (training provided); warehouse experience is an advantage

Able to read basic English / Bahasa Malaysia

Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

Careful, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision

Willing to work overtime when needed

Perform packing of goods according to order requirements and company standards

Conduct Quality Control (QC) checks to ensure correct items, quantity, and condition before dispatch

Label, seal, and prepare parcels for outbound delivery

Assist in sorting, organizing, and storing inventory in the warehouse

Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor immediately

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area

Follow warehouse SOPs, safety rules, and hygiene standards

Assist in other warehouse duties when required (inbound, stock checking, etc.)
