Minimum Diploma in Accounting &/or ACCA qualification

Minimum 3 years relevant working experience

Familiar with Accounting MS Great Plain will be an added advantage

Computer Literate with good MS Excel skill

Attentive to detail and meet datelines

Computer literate (UBS System & MS Office) & multilingual

Working 5 days a week

Prepare and handle full set account and profit and loss account as well as balance sheet

Prepare monthly Management report, Cash Flow Forecast, Aging and Financial Analysis Report

Perform monthly reconciliation works: Bank Reconciliation, Cash Reconciliation, Intercompany Aging Reconciliation, Sales and Purchase Reconciliation

Liaise with Auditor and Tax Agent on Yearly Account Audit

Produce and organize filing system

Handling budget and control Company expenses

Working 5 days a week
