* Minimum SPM qualification.

* At least 1 year of scheduling experience is an advantage.

具备至少 1 年排班相关工作经验者优先考虑。

* Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (preferred).

具备良好的英语、马来语及华语沟通能力（优先考虑）。

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

熟悉 Microsoft Office 软件（Excel、Word）。

* Able to multitask and work under pressure.

* Good organizational and time management skills.

* Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.

* Experience in customer service or operations coordination is an added advantage.

* Schedule and arrange daily pest control service appointments.

安排及协调每日虫害控制服务预约。

* Coordinate technicians’ job assignments and routes.

协调技术人员的工作分配及服务路线安排。

* Contact customers to confirm appointments and service dates.

联络客户确认预约时间及服务日期。

* Update job status and service records in the system.

在系统内更新工作进度及服务记录。

* Prepare service schedules, reports, and related documents.

准备服务时间表、报告及相关文件。

* Follow up on postponed or incomplete jobs.

跟进延期或未完成的工作项目。

* Coordinate with the operation team, sales team, and customers.

与营运团队、销售团队及客户保持协调与沟通。

* Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.

处理电话、WhatsApp讯息及客户咨询。

* Monitor technicians’ attendance and daily job completion.

监督技术人员的出勤情况及每日工作完成进度。
