岗位职责
Assist in day-to-day general administration and clerical works such as, responding to email and phone calls and forward communications to appropriate parties as necessary.
Can interact with internal and external parties and have a good public relation/communication
Prepare documentation, including memos, reports, and other forms of communication
Substitute Personal Assistant to organizes meeting schedules for Directors & Managers prepare meeting agenda and minutes of meeting
Assist to carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning and maintain and upkeep proper filing and documented
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work result
Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, transportation and hotel reservation
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
Any other tasks assigned from time to time
