Key Responsibilities:
- Actively source and develop new leads through networking, referrals, property portals, and walk‑ins.
- Conduct property viewings and site visits for prospective buyers or tenants.
- Provide accurate information about properties, including location, features, pricing, and legal requirements.
- Negotiate terms of sale or lease agreements to achieve profitable outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Assist clients with financing options, legal documentation, and application processes where needed.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Participate in property exhibitions, launches, and promotional events.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in property sales, real estate, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in team.
- Ability to work on weekends or during property events as required.
