About the role

YTG is seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Seremban District, Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time position, you will play a pivotal role in driving our direct marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) strategies, helping to enhance our brand presence and engage our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing effective direct marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including direct mail, email, and social media
• Managing our CRM system to segment customers, personalise communications, and analyse campaign performance
• Collaborating with the wider marketing team to create engaging content and assets to support our marketing initiatives
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and making recommendations to continuously improve our direct marketing and CRM strategies
• Tracking and reporting on key metrics to measure the success of our campaigns and identify opportunities for optimisation

What we're looking for

• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a direct marketing or CRM role, ideally within the marketing and communications industry. We will also consider no experience.
• Strong understanding of direct marketing principles, customer segmentation, and campaign management
• Proficiency in using CRM software and analytics tools to generate insights and drive decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and present complex information effectively
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A creative mindset and a passion for data-driven marketing strategies
