岗位职责
2.1 Operational Planning & Execution
Lead the development of operational execution plans for all assigned projects.
Translate project requirements into detailed operational action plans.
Oversee event setup, show operation, and dismantling activities.
Ensure operational milestones and deadlines are achieved.
Monitor project operational readiness before event execution.
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
2.2 Team Leadership & Workforce Management
Lead, coach, and supervise the Project Operations Team.
Assign operational tasks and monitor team performance.
Conduct regular team briefings and project coordination meetings.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and on-the-job training to team members.
Support onboarding and development of new employees and interns.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
2.3 Logistics & Resource Management
Manage event logistics including equipment, transportation, manpower, storage, and materials.
Ensure resources are allocated efficiently across multiple projects.
Monitor inventory movement and equipment utilization.
Ensure operational resources are available according to project schedules.
Improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
2.4 Vendor & Supplier Management
Coordinate and manage vendors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
Ensure vendor deliverables meet project requirements and timelines.
Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
Resolve vendor-related issues during project preparation and execution.
Work closely with Procurement Team on vendor sourcing and cost control.
2.5 Event Setup & On-site Management
Lead on-site event operations and operational teams.
Ensure compliance with venue regulations, safety standards, and operational requirements.
Manage operational challenges and troubleshoot issues during event execution.
Coordinate rehearsals, technical runs, setup inspections, and event-day operations.
Ensure all event components operate according to approved plans.
2.6 Operational Documentation & Reporting
Ensure proper maintenance of operational documentation and records.
Review inventory reports, logistics reports, vendor records, and operational checklists.
Prepare post-event operational reports and lessons learned documentation.
Monitor operational KPIs and team performance metrics.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of operational reports.
2.7 Budget & Cost Control
Monitor operational expenses within approved project budgets.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
Review operational purchases and resource utilization.
Support project profitability through effective resource management.
Collaborate with Finance and Procurement teams on operational costing matters.
2.8 AI & Digital Productivity Utilization
Lead the adoption of AI tools within operational workflows.
Utilize AI to improve operational planning, reporting, inventory tracking, and documentation.
Implement digital collaboration tools and automation solutions.
Continuously explore innovative technologies to improve operational effectiveness.
Train team members on AI and digital productivity best practices.
