岗位职责
2.1 Project Planning & Coordination
Lead the planning and development of event projects from concept to execution.
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Ensure project requirements are clearly defined and communicated.
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
2.2 Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct client meetings, project briefings, and project presentations.
Understand client objectives and translate requirements into project plans.
Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service excellence.
2.3 Proposal Development & Project Documentation
Lead proposal development, project presentations, and pitch preparation.
Review project proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
Ensure project scope, deliverables, and timelines are clearly documented.
Maintain project records and documentation standards.
Ensure all project files are properly organized and archived.
2.4 Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop the Project Planning Team.
