Previous experience in customer service, front desk, hospitality, beauty, aesthetic, or healthcare industry is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to communicate in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
Presentable, well-groomed, organised, and customer-oriented
Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with appointment booking systems are an advantage
岗位职责
Welcome and attend to clients professionally during check-in and check-out
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
Handle enquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-in customers
Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate customer records
Coordinate daily schedules with doctors, consultants, therapists, and other clinic staff
Assist in promoting clinic services, packages, and membership programmes where applicable
Ensure the reception area is neat, organised, and provides an excellent customer experience
Handle customer feedback and resolve basic concerns in a professional manner
Support general administrative and front desk duties as assigned
