  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored HR solutions.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of Acerbic Synergy's services.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track sales activities, manage the sales pipeline, and provide regular reports on sales performance to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new sales opportunities and challenges.
