To support the Head of Department (HOD) in managing and maintaining the overall Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems of the building to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations.

The incumbent shall act as the appointed Competent Person (Chargeman B4) responsible for the operation, control, and maintenance of the 22kV / 33kV High Tension (HT) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical systems in compliance with the requirements of Suruhanjaya Tenaga and all applicable Malaysian regulations.

The role also supports energy management initiatives, sustainability compliance, GreenRE certification requirements, and renovation-phase electrical coordination.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid Chargeman B4 certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (authorized up to 33kV).
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience handling 22kV / 33kV High Tension installations.
• Experience in shopping mall or commercial building facilities management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Electricity Regulations and safety standards.
• Experience supporting GreenRE or energy audit initiatives is an added advantage.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Possess own transport.
