Familiarity with POS system and retail, F&B operation flows is a plus points。

岗位职责
Handle customer enquiries and requests while maintaining good customer experience throughout the interaction.
Answer incoming calls and messages (Whatsapp, Shopee, Lazada and Tik Tok)
Showing, demo and explaining features and benefits of POS system and other products to walk-in customers, tailored to their business needs.
Provide prompt technical support to customers and do troubleshooting to resolve customers' complaints.
Helping other colleagues with ad-hoc tasks if needed.
