• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of working experience as delivery clerk. Experience in store keeping is an advantage.
• Must possess a valid GDL license for lorries with a clean driving record.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.

Skill:

• Familiar with local routes and GPS navigation apps (Google Maps / Waze) with good driving skills.
• Strong communication and a friendly attitude when dealing with customers.
• Basic proficiency in computer/inventory software is an advantage.
• A team player and at the same time able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Operate company vehicles (e.g., lorry, van) safely and responsibly, adhering to all local traffic laws.
• Load and secure goods safely onto the company delivery vehicle.
• Deliver items to designated locations safely and on time.
• Obtain signed Delivery Orders (DO) from customers upon delivery.
• Perform basic maintenance checks on the delivery vehicle (oil, tires, fuel) and ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, serviced, and roadworthy.
• Arrange and oversee regular Puspakom Inspection and renewals for company vehicles.
• Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or delivery delays immediately to superior.
• Assist storekeepers in arranging stocks, check incoming goods for damages, and verify quantities against delivery orders.
• Pick and pack items accurately based on daily delivery orders.
• Assist on regular monthly stock counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storeroom environment.
• Any others duty assigns by superior.
