• Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

• Positive attitude with strong willingness to learn.

• Fast learner with good problem-solving skills.

• Able to work in a manufacturing/production environment.

• Good communication skills and able to interact with personnel at all levels.

• Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Fresh graduates with strong learning ability and passion for manufacturing are encouraged to apply.

• Generate and issue Purchase Requests (PR) to the Purchasing Department.

• Ensure sufficient daily supply of components to support production and meet customer delivery schedules.

• Monitor daily production output against the production plan and take necessary follow-up actions.

• Participate in projects related to production efficiency improvement.

• Support and participate in production planning system enhancement and new planning system implementation projects.

• Monitor and control Work-In-Progress (WIP) inventory levels.

• Perform other duties and assignments as required by management.
