JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handling all phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Preparing quotations, processing orders, and following up with customers to ensure order closure.
• Providing sales administrative support and coordinating between departments and customers.
• Working with the accounts department to resolve clients' outstanding payment matters.
• Maintaining accurate records, including daily job sheets, data backup, and weekly filing of completed orders.
• Sales Incentive Programme - Participating in sales-related activities, including cold calling, sales marketing, direct mailers, data collection, EDM, and social media.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with:
• Minimum O-level or equivalent in any field.
• At least 1 year of work experience in customer service or sales administration.
• Comprehensive training will be provided.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
