Experience in the building materials, construction, or related industry is preferred.

Candidates with experience in fire-resistant coatings, fire-rated doors, aluminium doors & windows, or construction materials will have an added advantage.

Possess existing contractor, developer, or construction industry contacts is highly desirable.

Own transport and willing to travel for customer visits and project meetings.

Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or English.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and sales-oriented.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, renovation companies, architects, and distributors.

Promote and sell the company's fire-resistant coatings, fire-rated doors, aluminum doors & windows, and installation services.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

Follow up on project inquiries and customer requirements.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations.

Provide technical information and support to customers when required.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Assist in payment collection and after-sales customer service.
