Full-Time Remote - Shopify Account Manager

About Us

We are a growing online perfume brand dedicated to bringing luxury and beauty to our customers’ lives. We’re looking for a full-time, creative and detail-oriented Shopify Account Manager to help manage and grow our online store and social media presence. This is a remote, work-from-home role. High Commission.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update our Shopify website, including product listings, promotions, and homepage banners
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and online advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.)
• Design engaging graphics for the website, and social media
• Write and schedule posts across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc)
• Monitor website performance, customer feedback, and suggest improvements
• Assist in developing creative marketing ideas to grow brand awareness and sales

Requirements

• Proficiency with Shopify (adding/editing products, managing apps, customizing theme content)
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Familiarity with running online ads and social media marketing
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and reliable
• Stable internet connection and personal computer

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in e-commerce or with a beauty/fragrance brand
• SEO basics and analytics knowledge

Remuneration Details

• Basic pay available
• Commission Compensation: This role offers a commission for every perfume bottle sold, incentivizing the Account Manager to drive sales and grow revenue. There is no strict cap on earnings – the more you sell, the more you earn.

Pay: From RM1,000.00 per month
