Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Retail Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).

3–5 years in retail management or leadership, preferably in FMCG or health-focused retail.

Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

Proven ability to drive sales, meet KPIs, and develop a motivated team.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Passion for health, wellness, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to consistently exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Manage daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Monitor performance metrics, implement improvement plans, and ensure team accountability.

Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement best practices.

Support company initiatives such as roadshows, exhibitions, and promotions.

Ensure compliance with store policies, standards, and retail procedures.
