Full Time Manufacturing Technician: Quality Check-Electrical-Assembly Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in SEA Asia Pacific Sdn. Bhd. Simpang Ampat - Ricebowl

1. Electrical Technician

Responsibility 1: Execute tasks in accordance with customer requirements.
Responsibility 2: Provide support for documentation, EPLAN, BOM, and parts management.
Responsibility 3: Work with less supervision.
Responsibility 4: Support in completing all necessary production checklists.
Responsibility 5: Support the onsite team when necessary.
Responsibility 6: Provide onsite support when required.
Responsibility 7: Perform wiring troubleshooting.
Responsibility 8: Perform any other relevant tasks or duties as assigned.
Responsibility 9: Perform any other relevant tasks or duties as assigned.
Responsibility 10: Perform any other relevant tasks or duties as assigned.

2. Assembly Technician

Responsibility 1: Distribute and verification on part movement from Warehouse to Final Assembly.
Responsibility 2: Perform floor marking and module to module and frame to frame docking
Responsibility 3: Perform module and frame centering, levelling and height adjustment
Responsibility 4: Perform assembling of modules with standard and accessories parts
Responsibility 5: Perform machine dismantle with proper guidelines. Verification of machine dismantling quality with checklist
Responsibility 6: Perform pre-assembling of parts (from P code to A code)
Responsibility 7: Use 3D drawing to assemble machines
Responsibility 8: Perform and verification of P&ID on machine quality
Responsibility 9: Troubleshoot issues on assembled machines during start up
Responsibility 10: Create SOP and Work Instruction manual as work guidelines
Responsibility 11: Perform training and guidelines to develop knowledge and skills
Responsibility 12: Identification of types of screws, O-ring, tubing, fitting and other parts

3. Quality Check Technician

Responsibility 1: Checking on production processes (CNC, welding and Assembly) in-house and in-coming parts.
Responsibility 2: Make sure the drawing is the same as the actual part and if any rejections should be recorded for traceability.
Responsibility 3: Assist Engineer to perform the PDD activities at machine to make sure that machine is good condition before release to shipment.
Responsibility 4: Make sure the drawing is the same as the machine before doing the PDD activity and if there is any doubt it should be reported to the leader.
Responsibility 5: Follow up the checklist and make sure the checklist will updated.
Responsibility 6: Update the master list after checking activities for traceabilities.
Responsibility 7: Attending morning quality meetings and providing the daily report to the management.
Responsibility 8: Follow established procedures and guidelines to check, test and inspect raw materials, goods in process and finished goods

Job Requirement

• Required at least Diploma of Engineering or 3 years experience in relevant field.
• Able to comprehend Bahasa Malaysia, English is added advantage.
• Committed and focus-oriented person

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
