Requirements
- 大专文凭或同等学历以上资格。
- 欢迎应届毕业生申请。
- 具备至少1年销售或行政相关工作经验者优先考虑。
- 具备优秀的沟通能力及人际交往技巧。
- 拥有良好的组织能力及时间管理能力。
- 能够独立工作，同时具备团队合作精神。
- 熟练使用 Microsoft Office 办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）。
Responsibilities
- 及时回应客户咨询，提供优质的客户服务。
- 跟进客户报价、已确认订单及订单变更事宜。
- 与客户保持良好关系，确保客户满意度并促进重复合作。
- 开发并争取新的业务机会。
- 负责客户货款的催收与收取工作。
- 与运营部门协调，确保货物按时交付。
- 管理和整理销售相关文件，包括合同、报价书、建议书及客户往来函件。
- 准确记录并及时更新客户互动及交易资料。
- 定期向销售经理提交报告，汇报关键业绩指标及销售活动情况。
- 协助年度库存盘点，核实展示商品及库存商品的数量。
- 完成上级安排的其他临时性工作任务。
