Requirements

  • 高中/文凭或同等学历；具备相关的技术培训者优先。
  • 至少1年客户服务或汽车服务相关岗位的经验。
  • 深入了解车辆维护和维修流程。
  • 出色的沟通和人际交往能力。
  • 能够同时处理多项任务并有效确定优先级。
  • 熟练使用服务管理软件和基本的计算机操作技能。
  • 对摩托车和汽车行业充满热情者优先。

Responsibilities

  • 接待客户，了解客户需求，并提供专业的汽车维修保养建议。
  • 安排车辆维修保养计划，并与维修技师沟通协调，确保维修质量和进度。
  • 向客户解释维修项目、费用和预计完成时间。
  • 跟进维修进度，及时向客户反馈信息。
  • 完成车辆交接手续，并确保客户满意度。
  • 处理客户投诉和疑问，提供解决方案。
  • 维护客户关系，建立良好的客户信任度。
