岗位职责
Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and email.
Process orders and update clients on delivery lead time.
Handle after-sales service, complaints, and warranty claims professionally.
Record and maintain client interaction logs for follow-up.
Coordinate with warehouse/admin for stock or document issues.
Support Sales team with customer account status and feedback.
Escalate critical issues to Marketing Manager or GM if needed.
