  • Familiar with online customer platforms

岗位职责

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and email.

  • Process orders and update clients on delivery lead time.

  • Handle after-sales service, complaints, and warranty claims professionally.

  • Record and maintain client interaction logs for follow-up.

  • Coordinate with warehouse/admin for stock or document issues.

  • Support Sales team with customer account status and feedback.

  • Escalate critical issues to Marketing Manager or GM if needed.
