What you’ll do

• Lead concept-to-execution design for high-impact campaigns, product launches, and brand moments across digital, social, and experiential.
• Shape and evolve our visual language: refine guidelines, create scalable templates, and ensure consistency across channels.
• Partner with marketing, product, and growth teams to translate strategy and insights into compelling creative that drives measurable outcomes.
• Mentor junior designers: give actionable feedback, model best practices, and uplevel team craft and process.
• Own creative quality and operations: brief scoping, timeline planning, asset handoff, and stakeholder alignment.
• Advocate for accessibility, performance, and brand integrity in all design decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional design experience, including ownership of end-to-end campaigns or brand systems.
• Portfolio showcasing exceptional craft and impact: concept development, systems/templates, and measurable outcomes.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe CC; solid knowledge of digital production and pre‑press.
• Ability to connect design decisions to strategy, audience insights, and performance data.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing direction through clear rationale.
• Track record of mentoring designers and improving workflows or design systems.
• Working knowledge of motion/animation and basic video editing (able to brief or create).
• Excellent project management: scoping, prioritization, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
