• Basic salary: RM3,500 – RM4,500 per month

• Language: Mandarin & English

• SPM qualification or above.

• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.

• Experience in sales, CRM, customer service, tele-sales, or customer engagement is an advantage.

• Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with users through WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
