Installation & Technical Works
· Perform installation of HVLS fans and ventilation systems according to approved drawings, work instructions, and SOPs.
· Assist in servicing, troubleshooting, and rectification works when required.
· Ensure installation work is completed accurately, efficiently, and within the assigned schedule.
· Identify basic installation issues and report them to the Supervisor for corrective action.
Site & Operational Support
· Support installation activities by preparing tools, equipment, and materials at site.
· Assist the Supervisor in managing site activities and ensuring smooth installation workflow.
· Follow instructions and job assignments as provided by the Supervisor or management.
Safety, Health & Environment
· Always use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly working environment at installation sites.
· Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or near misses immediately to the Supervisor.
Tools, Equipment & Asset Handling
· Use company tools, equipment, and installation materials responsibly and correctly.
· Ensure tools and equipment are returned, stored, and maintained properly after use.
· Report any damaged, missing, or malfunctioning tools and equipment promptly.
Client & Site Conduct
· Maintain professional behavior when working at client premises.
· Follow site rules and instructions provided by clients, main contractors, or site PICs.
· Refer to site concerns or client requests to the Supervisor for further action.
Documentation & Reporting
· Assist in recording daily work activities, installation status, and issues identified.
· Ensure job-related forms or checklists are completed as required.
Training & Competency
· Participate in safety, technical, and operational training as required by the company.
· Perform work only within assigned competency and under appropriate supervision.
· Continuously improving technical skills and safety awareness.
Other Duties
· Carry out any other duties assigned by management from time to time related to installation and operations.
· Ensure tools, equipment, and testing instruments are used correctly, maintained properly, and stored securely.
· Monitor company vehicles and ensure service and maintenance schedules are followed.
Inspection, Testing & Quality Assurance
· Conduct inspection of HVLS fans to identify faults, wear, or performance issues.
· Verify service effectiveness through functional testing after maintenance or repair.
· Ensure service work meets quality requirements before job closure.
Documentation & Records
· Maintain accurate service records, maintenance logs, and troubleshooting reports.
· Keep records of problems identified, corrective actions taken, and repairs completed.
· Ensure documentation is completed accurately to support traceability, continuous improvement, and audit requirements.
Client Communication & Reporting
· Communicate with clients regarding service activities, fan conditions, and technical findings in a professional manner.
· Report job status, service outcomes, recurring issues, and escalation matters to the HOD or superior.
· Provide timely feedback on service performance and technical trends.
Continuous Improvement
· Identify recurring issues, service inefficiencies, or quality risks and propose improvement actions.
· Support corrective and preventive actions as part of the company’s quality management system.
Other Responsibilities
· Perform additional tasks as assigned by management from time to time to support operational and business needs.
Reporting & Communication
· Update Supervisor on job progress, issues encountered, and work completion status.
· Highlight recurring faults or abnormal conditions for preventive action and improvement.
Other Duties
· Perform other service-related duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
