Open Positions: Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager. Salary starts from RM3,500 for Assistant Store Manager and up to RM6,000 for Store Manager, depending on experience and suitability. Minimum 2 years of F&B, restaurant, cafe, retail outlet or chain-store management experience is required. Must be able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is required for coordination with Taiwan headquarters and the Taiwan management team. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and team coaching skills are required. Lead and support the full daily operations of a Taiwanese restaurant branch in Kuala Lumpur, including service flow, kitchen coordination, opening and closing routines, cleanliness, food quality and team discipline. Plan manpower, monitor inventory, support sales performance and maintain consistent SOP execution. Coach supervisors, trainees and crew members through hands-on training, shift briefings and performance follow-up. Act as the key communication bridge with the Taiwan headquarters and Taiwan management team.
